This fantastic old Art Deco Cinema opened on 25th July 1936 with the film ‘When Knights were Bold’ with Jack Buchanan and Fay Wray. It is a fraction of the price of modern cinemas but boasts an up-to-date programme of films in the nostalgic setting of the era of the silver screen.
