Hockley Station has gone through a total transformation since the gardening group from Hockley & Hawkwell U3A adopted the station

After fifteen months of planning South Woodham Ferrers now has a new heritage history board depicting the history of the Crouch Valley Line with special reference to South Woodham Ferrers. This has been a community project with support from South Woodham Ferrers Town Council, The Village Group, The station adopters, local primary schools and led by Essex & South Suffolk Community Rail

Working with The Thomas Gainsborough School has been a joy years 7 & 8 students have produced some fantastic photos to be displayed at Sudbury Station

The Crouch Valley line takes you along the beautiful countryside, and provides the opportunity to stop off and visit exciting locations
