Walton on the Naze has an amazing sandy beach which families can enjoy. Building sand castles, enjoying paddling in the sea, listening to the waves. Its a great place to travel to by train as the beach is only 10 minutes walk from the train station.
Walton has the second longest pier in the country which you can wander along and sit and watch the sea and the boats, there’s a lifeboat to see at the end of the pier where the volunteers are always eager to share their knowledge about the boat.
