The Harwich Festival Event Train Competition is organised by Essex and South Suffolk Community Rail Partnership (“ESSCRP”) of Essex County Council PO Box 11, Chelmsford, Essex CM1 1LX (“ECC”).
The Competition is not open to employees who work on behalf of ESSCRP
A winner of the competition will be selected at random by the Rail Development Manager of Essex County Council, who can be found at PO Box 11, Chelmsford, Essex CM1 1LX.
In the event of any dispute regarding the competition, the decision of ESSCRP shall be binding and no correspondence or discussion shall be entered into.
The competition requires the entrant to submit their details and sign up for a periodical newsletter. The entrant may unsubscribe at any time after receiving the first newsletter using the unsubscribe link contained within the newsletter.
The participant confirms that they are happy for their name to be used in conjunction with announcing the winner of the competition in future marketing material or newsletters.

There is no cost to entering this competition and no reimbursement shall be made in respect of costs incurred in entering the competition.
The prize is 4 return tickets for use only on and within the Greater Anglia Network (with exception of Whittlesey to Peterborough). There is no cash prize alternative.
All entrants should be received by 17:00 on 3 July 2015. Entries after this will not be included into the prize draw. Those entries will still be added to the mailing list.
ESSCRP and ECC handles information in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998 and Freedom of Information Act 2000 and is the data controller for the purposes of the Data Protection Act. Any personal information will be used to send you newsletters as part of this competition, inform you if you were successful as the competition winner and we will only pass your details to another agency if it is required by law or that agency is relevant to your enquiry.
